A: Browse available products and join any campaign that interests you. You can start immediately with no waiting period.
Q: Do campaigns expire?
A: No! Once you join a campaign, you can promote the product indefinitely while the campaign remains active.

Q: How do I get a promotion code for products I want to promote?
A: After joining a campaign, you can create a unique promotion code to share with your audience.
Q: How do I ensure my audience is tracked as my referrals?
A: To ensure customers are tracked as your referrals and you receive commission: (1) Include your promotion code in your videos, (2) Make sure your audience uses this exact code when purchasing. We recommend articulating the code discount in your video to make it more appealing!
Q: When does my promotion code become active?
A: Your promotion code will only become active after you import your promotional video into the platform. The code won't work until this step is completed.
Q: Can I have multiple promotion codes for the same product?
A: You can only have one active promotion code per product per social platform at a time. However, you can create and import multiple videos using the same code.
Q: Can I promote the same product on different social platforms?
A: Yes! You can have separate active promotion codes for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for the same product. Now we only support tracking on TikTok, but other platforms are coming soon. Stay tuned for more updates!

Earnings & Commissions
Q: How much can I earn from promoting products?
A: The ceiling of your earnings depends on three factors: the price of the product you're promoting, the commission rate set by the brand, and the commission period duration. Each product in the marketplace will display these details so you can estimate your potential earnings.
Q: What customers count toward my earnings?
A: Only customers who meet these criteria will generate commission for you: first-time buyers of that specific product (no previous purchases), use your unique promotion code when purchasing, and complete their purchase successfully without cancelling their orders.
Q: When will I receive my payments?
A: Commission payments are processed 30 days after a customer makes their purchase using your promotion code. This waiting period helps ensure the purchase is finalized.
Q: What happens if a customer refunds their purchase?
A: If a customer receives a refund, the associated commission will not be paid out. Additionally, if a customer stops their subscription during the commission period, future commissions will also stop.

A: Yes, your promotion code only becomes active after you upload your promotional video to the platform.
Q: Can I create multiple videos for the same product?
